Windows 10 - Some Websites Won't Load and Windows Update Not Working I just upgraded to Windows 10 and my computer is now less functional. I have internet connectivity (home WiFi), but certain webpages won't load at all, including basic ones (e.g. Hulu.com) and web searches for solutions to this problem.

The problem is not form my internet provider because I can load those websites from my mobile via my WiFi (Not my sim-card's internet). Also I can open the websites from Ubuntu inside of a virtual box in my windows. The problem is not from firewall because I disable that and I had the problem again. I think 2 possibilities may happen.

Nov 15, 2015 · I try http and I get a blank page. I tried opening this site on Firefox, Edge and still the same. The same goes for facebook. I tried on other browsers and still some images wont load. I do not have a third party antivirus/firewall. tried disabling windows defender ( including firewall) and still the same.

Thanks for your help. I mentioned above that Chrome was not freezing, it just wouldn't load any web pages. After following your link it appears to be related to the CryptSvc. If I stop or restart that service, I can use Chrome without any issues.Hopefully, this bug with 1803 will be addressed soon.
