My setup is very simple.. tv straight to Apple TV via hdmi cable. No in between. It was worked perfectly for 2 years and now, there is no video. I found out it is not the hdmi cable, because I can run a DVD player via the same hdmi cord to the tv and it comes up fine. This tells me that it is an Apple TV issue.
