Hi Chaz, First of all, I'm not sure if that was a typo or not, you stated the internal ip address as 10.11.2.17, instead with your static entries you used the 10.11.2.23, also please note that you should use the mapped ports along with the access list entries, the access to the website via port tcp/8896 should work though based on your configuration.
